Diversity in the Workplace

About this course:

Diversity refers to the understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies.

This course will teach about appreciating each individual’s diverseness in the workplace.

Learning outcomes:

1. Will have the ability to facilitate training in a diverse work environment.
2. Will be able to work with all different generations even with their differences.
3. Will have the ability to respect all others despite of their gender, race, personality, religion, etc.
