About this course:

The purpose of mentoring is to tap into the existing knowledge, skills, and experience of high performing employees and transfer these skills to newer or less experienced employees in order to advance their careers. The goals and outcomes of mentoring programs within organizations will differ depending on the parameters of the relationship.

This course will give more insight into the concept/phenomenon of mentoring programs.

 

Learning outcomes:

  1. Will be able to be a good mentor and mentee.
  2. Will have the ability to conduct a successful mentoring program,
  3. Will have the ability to give feedback when conducting a mentoring program.
